A 95% bio-based rejuvenator — not a coating
Roof Rejuvenate is a 95% USDA-certified bio-based treatment made from a proprietary all-natural corn oil — the same class of agricultural oil that North American departments of transportation use to preserve asphalt roads. It penetrates deep into aging shingles, restores the asphalt layers, improves flexibility, and locks the granules back into place. It's non-toxic and safe for people, pets, and your landscaping.
Tested, not just claimed
Roof Rejuvenate Canada commissioned PRI Asphalt Technologies — an independent third-party lab, working with global construction-materials leader Sika — to put the treatment through a 1,500-hour accelerated weathering test (about five years of natural aging) on 15-year-old asphalt shingles taken from a real residential roof.

Putting the oils back
Asphalt shingles fail because they dry out — they lose the oils that keep them flexible, the granules loosen, and cracking follows. Rejuvenation reverses that process.
